Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Company To Close IPO To Locals From Shrawan 31

Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Company Limited is currently issuing the shares to the locals of the project-affected areas in the Initial Public Offering (IPO). The IPO to locals is open from Ashad 13, 2079 BS. The public offering will close on Shrawan 31, 2079 BS.
The hydropower is selling 68,42,100 shares in the IPO to the locals of the project affected areas. This is 10 percent of the total issued capital. At a par value of Rs 100 per share, the IPO amounts to Rs 68.42 crores.
Interested locals of Rasuwa district can apply for the shares. One can submit the application for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 700 shares.
Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) granted the permission to the company on Jestha 31, 2079 BS to issue the shares. The company had submitted the application to the board on Poush 23, 2078 BS.
Siddhartha Capital Ltd. is the issue and sales manager to float the shares.
Previously, the company had floated the IPO worth Rs. 1.02 Arba to the general public from Baisakh 6, 2076 BS to Baisakh 12, 2076 BS.
Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Company Limited is a subsidiary of Chilime Hydropower Company Limited. It is constructing an 111 MW project in Rasuwa district.
