Surya Life 70 percent right share issue from today

Surya Life Insurance (SLICL) is making the right share issue from Bhadra 8, 2076 i.e. today. The company is issuing 88.74 lakh units right share to its shareholders in the ratio of 10:7. This means shareholders holding 10 unit shares of Surya Life can apply for 7 unit shares of the company. The issue will be closed on Ashoj 12, 2076.
For the issuance, NIC Asia Capital Limited is the issue manager. Eligible applicants can directly apply for right issue through Mero share.
The 249th board of directors meeting held on Shrawan 20,2076 has decided to close the shareholder’s book on Shrawan 29, 2076 for 70 percent right issue of the company. So, the shareholders holding the shares of the company till 28th of Shrawan will only be eligible for the right issue. Previously, the 11th AGM of the company approved the decision to issue the right shares to its shareholders.
After issuing the massive right share and its adjustment, the paid-up capital of the company will reach 2.15 Arab.
