Ru Ru Jalbidhyut Pariyojana Limited (RURU) will convene its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Karthik 4, 2079 BS [October 21, 2022]. The meeting will take place at Baneshwor Banquet, Naya baneshwor, Kathmandu after 1 PM.
The major agendas for the AGM include:
Discussion and approval of financial reports for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Endorsement of 10.5263 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, the company has fixed the book closure date on Ashwin 27, 2079 BS. Therefore, those investors holding/purchasing the shares of RURU until Ashwin 26 will receive the dividend and can participate in the annual meeting.
