Sabaiko Laghubitta to Skip Dividend from FY 2079/80

Sabaiko Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SABSL) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2079/80.

The microfinance company has decided not to distribute any dividend to the shareholders from the last fiscal year.

The company has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, Sabaiko Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs 31.80 crores.

From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, SABSL had distributed an 18.95 percent dividend, including an 18 percent bonus share. Likewise, from the FY 2077/78, the company had provided a 32.68 percent dividend, including a 31.05 percent bonus share.

Similarly, in the fiscal year 2076/77, Sabaiko Laghubitta had distributed an 11.05 percent dividend, including a 10.50 percent bonus share. Likewise, in the fiscal year 2075/76, the company had provided a 13 percent bonus share to the shareholders.
