Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company Limited (SALICO) is going to conduct its 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Baisakh 28, 2082 BS. The meeting will take place at the Ranimahal Banquet, Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu. The time for AGM is scheduled after 10 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM Include:
Discussion and approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2080/81.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Endorsement of 15 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Book Closure Date
For the purpose of AGM, SALICO had announced the book closure date on Baisakh 17, 2082 BS. Hence, the investors holding/purchasing shares of SALICO until Baisakh 16 will receive the dividend and can participate in the annual meeting.
