Samata Laghubitta to auction 1.62 lakh units share from today

Samata Laghubitta is going to auction its unsold right shares from today i.e. Poush 11. The auction will remain open until Poush 22, 2076.

The microfinance will auction 1,61,738 units share. Out of the total, 84,598 units are promoter shares while 77,140 units are ordinary shares.
Samata Laghubitta had issued 1:2 right share from Ashwin 26, 2076 to Mangsir 1, 2076.
NIBL Ace Capital is the issue manager for the auction.
Interested investors can purchase the auction form for Rs. 100. The auction form is available from the branches of NIBL Ace Capital, allocated branches of Nepal Investment Bank and Green Development Bank, Baglung.
