Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower Ltd. (TAMOR) will organize its 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 26, 2080 BS [January 11, 2024].
Major Agendas of the AGM are:
Discussion & approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Approval of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Book Closure:
For the purpose of AGM, TAMOR has announced the book closure date on Poush 12, 2079 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing shares before that date can participate in the Annual Meeting.
