NMB Bank Limited (NMB) is organizing its upcoming 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 22, 2078 BS [January 6, 2021]. The venue for the Annual Meeting is the Tribhuwan Army Officers’ Club, Tundikhel, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 10:30 AM.
Major Agendas for AGM
Discussion and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2077/78 presented by the chairman.
Endorsement of a 15.80 percent bonus share to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Book Closure Date
For the distribution of dividends and AGM purposes, NMB Bank has fixed the book closure date on Poush 7, 2078 BS. Therefore, the investors purchasing/holding shares until Poush 6 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the annual meeting.
