NMB Bank Limited (NMB) is organizing its 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 26, 2080 BS [January 11, 2024]. The venue for the Annual Meeting is the Rastriya Sabha Griha, Pradarshanimarg, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 10 AM.
Major Agendas for AGM
Discussion and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2079/80 presented by the chairman.
No dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Delegation of authority of board of directors for any merger/acquisition decisions.
Election of directors-2 representing promoter shareholders and 3 representing public shareholders.
Book Closure Date
For the AGM purposes, NMB Bank has fixed the book closure date on Poush 6, 2080 BS. Therefore, the investors purchasing/holding shares until Poush 5 can participate in the annual meeting.
