Sanjen Hydropower To Conduct 10th AGM On Poush 24

Sanjen Hydropower Company Limited (SJCL) is going to organize its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 24, 2077 [January 8, 2021]. The board meeting of the company held on Mangsir 26 has decided to convene the meeting at Conference Hall of Chilime Hydropower, Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 11 AM.
Major Agendas of the AGM are:
Discussion & approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2076/77.
Approval of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement of the fiscal year 2076/77.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2077/78.
Book Closure:
For the purpose of AGM, Sanjen Hydropower has announced the book closure date from Poush 17 to Poush 24, 2077 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing shares before that date are eligible to participate in the Annual Meeting.
