RSDC Laghubitta To Convene AGM on Poush 24

RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is going to conduct its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 24, 2077 BS. The annual meeting will take place at Butwal. The major agendas for the AGM include:
Approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2076/77.
Endorsement of 9 percent bonus share and 3.63 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
Election of 2 directors representing public shareholders.
Delegation of authority to BOD for any merger/acquisition decisions.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2077/76.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of AGM, RSDC Laghubitta has announced the book closure date on Poush 10, 2077. Hence, the investors holding/purchasing the shares before Poush 10 are eligible to receive the dividend and can participate in the Annual Meeting.
