Sarbottam Cement Organizing 5th AGM Today | To Endorse 15 Percent Dividend

Sarbottam Cement Limited (SARBTM) is going to conduct its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Baisakh 12, 2081 BS [April 24, 2024]. The meeting will take place at Hotel Vilasa, Bhairahawa, Rupandehi after 10 AM.
The major agendas for the AGM include:
Discussion and Approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Endorsement of 15 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Election of directors.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, Sarbottam Cement had announced the book closure date on Chaitra 30, 2080 BS. Hence, the shareholders maintained in the registration book until Chaitra 29 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
