Shangrila Development Bank Limited (SADBL) will conduct its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 17, 2079 BS.
The major agendas for the AGM include:
Presentation, Discussion & Approval of financial statements for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Endorsement of 8.983 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Delegation of authority to BOD for any merger/acquisition decisions.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of dividend and the AGM, Shangrila Development Bank has announced the book closure date from Falgun 28, 2079 BS. Therefore, the investors purchasing/holding the shares until Falgun 27 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
