Soaltee Hotel Limited (SHL) has appointed NIBL Ace Capital Limited as the Registrar To Share (RTS). The hotel will hand over all the share related works (RTS) to NIBL Ace Capital Limited from Shrawan 26, 2077.
NIBL Ace Capital Limited is the subsidiary company of Nepal Investment Bank Limited. It is a licensed merchant banker from the Securities Board of Nepal. It provides various services such as Issue Management, Security Underwriting, Registrar to the Shares (RTS), Depositary Participant, and Portfolio Management Services.
