Sparsha Laghubitta Declares 20.53 Percent Dividend

Sparsha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SPARS) has proposed a dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2076/77.
The board meeting of Sparsha Laghubitta held on Mangsir 29, 2077 has declared a 20.53 percent dividend. This includes a 19.50 percent bonus share. The bonus share amounts to Rs. 1.83 crores. Likewise, the company has also announced a 1.03 percent cash dividend worth Rs. 9.62 lakhs for tax purposes.
As of Ashad end 2077, Sparsha Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs. 9.37 crores. After the adjustment of the 19.50 percent bonus share, the capital will rise to Rs 11.20 crores.
