Summit Laghubitta Announces 14.27 Percent Dividend From FY 2078/79

Summit Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMFDB) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2078/79.
The company has proposed a 14.276582 percent dividend to the shareholders. The total dividend includes a 13.562753 percent bonus share and a 0.713829 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2079 BS, Summit Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs 49.40 crores. After the adjustment of the proposed bonus share, the capital will increase to Rs 56.10 crores.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2077/78, Summit Laghubitta had distributed a 25.285316 percent bonus share to the shareholders.
