Summit Laghubitta calls for Special General Meeting(SGM); Major Agendas include Right issue and Merger

Summit Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has called for Special General Meeting (SGM). The Board of directors meeting held on Ashad 18, 2076 has decided to call SGM on Shrawan 4. The meeting will take place at Hotel C.T Party Palace, Birtamod, Jhapa. The SGM will start after 10:30 AM.
The major agendas for Special General Meeting (SGM) of Summit Laghubitta are:
–Provide authority to the board members for any merger/acquisition decision
–Conversion of promoter-public shareholder ratio from current 70:30 to 51:49. After the conversion, 3 promoter directors and 3 public directors will represent in the board.
–Right issue in ratio 1:1 to the shareholders after the merger/acquisition with other microfinance companies.
–Increase the authorized, issued and paid-up capital of the company.
For the purpose of SGM, the shareholders’ registration book will remain closed on Ashad 27, 2076.
