Sun Nepal Life Insurance Limited (SNLI) is conducting its 7th AGM on Jestha 9, 2081 BS. The meeting will take place at Amritbhog Caterers, Kalikasthan, Kathmandu. The time has been scheduled for 10 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM:
Presentation and approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Endorsement of 25.0526 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Election of director.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of AGM, Sun Nepal Life Insurance (SNLI) will close the shareholders’ registration book on Baisakh 27, 2081 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing/holding the shares of SNLI until Baisakh 26 will be eligible to receive the dividend and participate in the annual meeting.
