Super Madi Hydropower Limited (SMHL) will organize its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Karthik 5, 2081 BS. The board meeting of the company held on Ashwin 8, 2081 BS has decided to convene the meeting at Hotel Imperial, Battisputali, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 11 AM.
Major Agendas of the AGM are:
Discussion & approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2080/81.
Approval of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement of the fiscal year 2080/81.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Endorsement of 5.263 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Book Closure:
For the purpose of AGM, SMHL has announced the book closure date on Ashwin 2, 2081 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing shares until Bhadra 31, 2081 BS can participate in the Annual Meeting and will receive the dividend.
