SuryaJyoti Life Insurance Company Limited (SJLIC) is conducting its 16th AGM on Baisakh 21, 2081 BS. The meeting will take place at Hotel Harrison Palace, Biratnagar. The time has been scheduled for 10 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM:
Presentation and approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Endorsement of 35 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of AGM, SuryaJyoti Life Insurance will close the shareholders’ registration book on Baisakh 7, 2081 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing/holding the shares of SJLIC until Baisakh 6 will be eligible to receive the dividend and participate in the annual meeting.
