Auction of unsold right shares of Unnati Microfinance

Unnati Microfinance is going to auction the unsold right shares to the general public from Baisakh 26, 2076. The company will auction 1,278 promoter shares and 7,617 ordinary shares.

The microfinance had issued 20 percent right shares from Falgun 13, 2075 to Chaitra 17, 2075. A total of 1,10,000 right shares were issued, out of which 1,278 promoter shares and 7,617 ordinary shares remained unsold during that period.

Interested investors can participate in the auction by submitting the seal bids form which is available from:

  • Siddhartha Capital Limited, Narayan Chaur, Naxal, Kathmandu
  • Unnati Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited, Siddharthanagar-12, Rupandehi
  • Branches of Siddhartha Bank: Biratnagar, Birtamode, Birgunj, Janakpur, Hetauda, Narayangarh, Pokhara, Baglung, Butwal, Ghorahi, Nepalgunj, Surkhet, Dhangadi, and Mahendranagar.

The auction form is available at Rs. 100. Siddhartha Capital Limited is the issue manager for the auction.

The current market price of Unnati Microfinance is Rs. 1,200 [Baisakh 17, 2076]. The auction should be placed above Rs. 100 per share.
