Upper Hewakhola Hydropower Proposes 15.789 Percent Dividend

Upper Hewakhola Hydropower Company Limited (UHEWA) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The board meeting of the company held on Poush 7, 2082 BS has proposed a 15.789 percent dividend (including for taxes). The total dividend includes a 15 percent bonus share and a 0.789 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2082 B.S., UHEWA has a paid-up capital of Rs. 50 crores.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The company is currently operating an 8.5 MW Upper Hewa Khola Hydropower Project in Sankhuwasabha.
