US, China, & India Among Top Countries With Highest Number Of Billionaires

Forbes has released the list of billionaires in the year 2022. There are 2,668 billionaires, which is 87 lower than the previous year 2021. These billionaires have a collective net worth of $12.7 trillion.

United States have the highest number of billionaires (735) in the list. Likewise, China and India have 539 and 166 billionaires respectively.

Looking into the individuals, Elon Musk, with a net worth of $290.30 billion, is the richest man in the world this year. The second-richest man, Jeff Bezos, has a net worth of $189.80 billion.

Likewise, Bernard Arnault and Bill Gates are the third and fourth richest people respectively. Warren Buffet, the legendary investor, occupies the number five spot among the richest billionaire.

India’s Gautam Adani and Mukesh Ambani are also in the top ten list. Adani is in ninth position while Ambani is in the tenth position.

From Nepal, Binod Chaudhary remains in the Forbes’ billionaire list with the net-worth of $1.5 billion.
