Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JBLB) is going to convene its 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 8, 2022 [Chaitra 25, 2078 BS]. The meeting will take place at the company’s head office, Katahari-2, Morang after 10:30 AM.
Major Agendas for AGM:
Presentation and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2077/78.
Approval of 73.6842 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Election of 2 directors representing public shareholders.
Delegation of authority to Board of Directors for any merger/acquisition decisions.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Increment of authorized capital from Rs. 1 Arba to Rs. 2 Arba.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of dividend distribution and annual meeting, JBLB has fixed the book closure date from Chaitra 12 to Chaitra 25, 2078 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing/holding the shares of JBLB until Chaitra 10 will be eligible to receive the dividend and participate in the AGM.
