WEAN Nepal Laghubitta to Skip Dividend from FY 2080/81

WEAN Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (WNLB) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The microfinance company has decided not to distribute any dividend to the shareholders and retain profits from the last fiscal year.
The company has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, WEAN Nepal Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs. 7.92 crores.
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80 as well, the company didn’t distribute any dividend to the shareholders.
