5 Companies distributing Cash dividend

After the approval from the Annual General Meeting (AGM), five companies have started distributing the cash dividend to the shareholders. The companies have requested the shareholders’ to update the bank account number in their DMAT account for the distribution of cash dividend. Likewise, those who have physical shares should open the DMAT account and convert the shares into DMAT.
NMB Bank
NMB Bank is distributing a 14 percent cash dividend to the bank account of the shareholders starting from Magh 2, 2076. The 24th AGM held on Poush 24, 2076 has endorsed a 21 percent bonus share and a 14 percent cash dividend.
Mahuli Laghubitta
Mahuli Laghubitta is sending an 11.579 percent cash dividend to the bank account of shareholders from Magh 2 as well. The 7th AGM of the microfinance was held on Poush 26.
RMDC Laghubitta
Similarly, RMDC Laghubitta is also distributing a 12.50 percent cash dividend in the bank account of the respective shareholders from Magh 1, 2076. The AGM of the company held on Poush 23 has approved a 12.50 percent bonus share and a 12.50 percent cash dividend.
Lumbini Bikas Bank
Lumbini Bikas Bank is distributing the 15 percent cash dividend starting Magh 1, 2076. After the approval from the 12th AGM held on Poush 29, 2076, the bank is distributing the cash dividend.
Nepal Bank
Nepal Bank has started distributing cash dividend to the shareholders in their bank accounts starting from Poush 25, 2076. The AGM has approved the 10 percent cash dividend and a 15 percent bonus share from the fiscal year 2075/76.
