Adhikhola Laghubitta to merge with Dhaulagiri Laghubitta

Adhikhola Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has signed a merger agreement with Dhaulagiri Laghubitta.
Both the companies have signed an MOU on Poush 2, 2076 for the merger process. Adhikhola Laghubitta is located at Bhirkot, Syanjha. Likewise, the head office of Dhaulagiri Laghubitta is situated at Baglung.
Since the shares of Adhikhola Laghubitta are traded in Nepse, the company has asked to suspend the trading of shares.
Adhikhola Laghubitta had sold 4 lakh units shares in the IPO from Ashad 22 to Ashad 25, 2076.
The last transaction price of Adhikhola Laghubitta (AKBSL) is Rs. 474.
