Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company Limited (AHPC) is currently selling the unsold right shares in the auction. The auction of shares is open from Baisakh 10, 2081 BS. The shares in the auction include:
Ordinary Shares: 19,52,134 units
Total: 19,52,134 units
Interested investors can submit the application for the purchase of the ordinary shares until Baisakh 24, 2081 BS.
The hydropower company had issued the right share in the ratio 1:1 from Falgun 17, 2080 BS to Chaitra 7, 2080 BS. Out of the total 1,86,79,626 shares, 19,52,134 units of ordinary shares remained unsold. The company is planning to sell these shares in the auction.
The minimum price of the share will be Rs 100. When submitting a bid, the investor will have to apply at Rs 100 or above per share. Bidder at a higher price will receive the shares.
One can submit the bid for a minimum of 100 shares and maximum of full shares.
