Asian Life Insurance Co. Ltd. (ALICL) is going to conduct its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashwin 13, 2079 BS.
The major agendas for AGM include:
Presentation and approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2077/78.
Approval of 15.26 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Conversion of promoter share into public share and maintain promoter-public shareholding at 51:49.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of AGM, ALICL had fixed the book closure date on Ashwin 4, 2079 BS. Thus, investors holding/purchasing shares of ALICL until Ashwin 3 will receive the dividend and are eligible to participate in the AGM.
