Nepal Finance to Skip Dividend from FY 2080/81

Nepal Finance Limited (NFS) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The board meeting of the company held on Poush 2, 2081 BS has decided not to propose any dividend or bonus share from the profit of the fiscal year 2080/81.
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Nepal Finance has a paid-up capital of Rs 83.89 crores.
The financial statements for the fiscal year 2080/81 are subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
