Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CBBL) is going to conduct its 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 10, 2079 BS. The board of directors’ meeting of the company held on Falgun 4, 2079 BS decided to convene the AGM at Hotel Samana, Hetauda, Makwanpur. The time for the AGM is scheduled after 11 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM:
Discussion and Approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2078/79 presented by the chairman.
Approval of 25.26 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Delegation of authority to the board of directors for any merger/ acquisition decisions.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of the meeting, the company has announced the book closure date from Falgun 25 to Chaitra 11, 20798 BS. Thus, the investors purchasing shares of CBBL until Falgun 23 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
