Chilime Engineering and Services Company To Float IPO | Appoints Siddhartha Capital As Issue Manager

Chilime Engineering and Services Company Limited is in the process of issuing shares to the general public (IPO). For this purpose, the company has appointed Siddhartha Capital Limited as the issue and sales manager.
An agreement has been reached between the company and Siddhartha Capital on this regard. Mr. Prajesh Bikram Thapa, the CEO of Chilime Engineering, and Mr. Sandeep Karki on behalf of Siddhartha Capital formally signed the agreement.
Now, the company needs to submit the application to the Securities Board Of Nepal (SEBON) after completing the necessary procedures. Only after the approval from the regulatory body SEBON, the company can sell shares to the public.
The company plans to sell 2,97,000 shares that amounts to Rs. 2.97 crores in the public offering (IPO).

Chilime Engineering and Services Company Limited is a subsidiary company of Chilime Hydropower Company Limited which owns 100 percent shares in the company.
The company provides engineering services to the government and other private companies in identification of projects, feasibility study, environmental studies, construction supervision etc.
