Citizen Investment Trust (CIT), popularly known as Nagarik Lagani Kosh is conducting its 29th Annual general meeting (AGM) on Poush 29, 2081 BS [January 13, 2025]. The meeting will take place after 11 AM at Company’s Head Office, Naya-baneshwor, Kathmandu.
The chairman will present the financial report of the fiscal year 2080/81.
The major agendas include:
Presentation and Approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2080/81
Endorsement of 13 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, the company closed the shareholders’ registration book on Poush 22, 2081 BS Therefore, investors holding the shares of CIT until Poush 21 are eligible to participate in the AGM and will receive the dividend
