Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) Announces 26.31 Percent Dividend

Citizen Investment Trust (CIT), popularly known as Nagarik Lagani Kosh has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2078/79.
As informed on Nepse, the board meeting of CIT held on Baisakh 29, 2080 BS has declared a 26.3158 percent dividend (including tax) to its shareholders. Out of the total dividend, the company has proposed a 25 percent bonus share and an 1.3158 percent cash dividend.
From the previous fiscal year 2077/78, CIT had distributed a 31.5789 percent dividend, including a 30 percent bonus share and 1.5789 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
The dividend shall be distributed after the approval from the upcoming AGM of the company.
