Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) Announces 13 Percent Dividend

Citizen Investment Trust (CIT), popularly known as Nagarik Lagani Kosh has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
As informed on Nepse, the board meeting of CIT held on Poush 6, 2082 BS has declared a 13 percent dividend (including tax) to its shareholders. Out of the total dividend, the company has proposed a 5 percent bonus share and a 8 percent cash dividend.
From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, CIT had distributed a 13 percent dividend, including a 7 percent bonus share and 6 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
The dividend shall be distributed after the approval from the upcoming AGM of the company.
