Last Day To Secure 11.58 Percent Dividend Of Civil Laghubitta | 11th AGM On Falgun 29

Civil Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CLBSL) is going to organize its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Falgun 29, 2079 BS. The annual meeting will take place at Bougainvilla Events, Tripureshwor, Kathmandu after 11 AM.
The major agendas for the AGM are:
Presentation, Discussion, and Approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2078/79.
Approval of 11.5789 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Conversion of promoter shares to public shares thereby maintaining promoter-public ratio at 51:49 from current 60:40.
Appointment of independent director.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of AGM, Civil Laghubitta has decided to close the shareholders’ registration book on Falgun 14, 2079 BS. Therefore, investors holding/purchasing the shares until Falgun 12 are eligible to participate in the AGM.
