CYC Nepal Laghubitta to Provide 13.43 Dividend from FY 2081/82

CYC Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CYCL) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
CYCL has proposed a 13.43 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 12.76 percent bonus share and a 0.67 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2082 BS, CYC Nepal Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs 26.64. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs 3.39 crores, and the cash dividend amounts to Rs 17.89 lakhs.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of microfinance.
The microfinance company has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
