CYC Nepal Laghubitta Proposes 31.58 Percent Dividend

CYC Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CYCL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2078/79.
The microfinance company has proposed a 31.58 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 30 percent bonus share and a 1.58 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2079 BS, CYC Nepal Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs 12.16 crores. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs. 3.64 crores. Likewise, the company will distribute a cash dividend worth Rs. 19.20 lakhs for tax purposes.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra bank and the upcoming AGM of the company.
