CYC Nepal Laghubitta Not to Provide Dividend from FY 2079/80

CYC Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CYCL) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The board meeting of the microfinance has decided to retain all the profit from the fiscal year 2079/80 and skip the dividend.
The microfinance company has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, CYC Nepal Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs 26.64 crores.
From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, the microfinance had distributed a 31.58 percent dividend, including a 30 percent bonus share and a 1.58 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
