Bank Of Kathmandu (BOK) is one of the oldest commercial banks in Nepal. It successfully merged with Lumbini Bank and started joint operation on July 14, 2016. The head office of the bank is located in Kamaladi, Kathmandu. BOK has consistently distributed satisfactory dividends to the shareholders over the years.
