Dividend History of Nepal SBI Bank Limited (SBI)

Nepal SBI Bank Limited (SBI) was established in July 1993 as a subsidiary of the State Bank of India (SBI). State Bank of India possesses 55 percent of ownership in the bank. Similarly, Employee Provident Fund holds 15 percent shares while the General Public has 30 percent ownership.

Nepal SBI Bank has distributed decent dividends to the shareholders since the fiscal year 2002/03. The bank has provided as high as 47.59 percent dividend in the fiscal year 2063/64.
