NIC Asia Bank (NICA) emerged after the merger of NIC Bank with Bank of Asia Nepal on 30th June 2013. This was the first of its kind merger between two commercial banks in Nepal. At current, NIC Asia Bank is one of the largest private-sector commercial banks in the country.
NIC Asia Bank has provided consistent dividends to the shareholders, both in the form of cash and bonus shares. Since the fiscal year 2061/62, the bank has distributed the dividend as high as 41.05 percent. The lowest dividend to date is 10.53 percent.
