Nabil Bank Limited is conducting its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 27, 2081 BS [December 12, 2024]. The Annual Meeting will take place at Rastriya Sabha Griha, Pardasanimarg, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 10 AM.
Major Agendas:
Discussion and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2080/81.
Endorsement of 10 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Delegation of authority to BOD for any merger/acquisition decisions.
