Nabil Bank Limited is going to conduct its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 13, 2080 BS [December 29, 2023]. The Annual Meeting will take place at Army Officers’ Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 10 AM.
Major Agendas:
Discussion and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Endorsement of 11 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Delegation of authority to BOD for any merger/acquisition decisions.
Book Closure Date:
For the distribution of dividends and AGM purposes, Nabil Bank has fixed the book closure date on Mangsir 29, 2080 BS. The investors purchasing/holding shares of NABIL before the book closure date are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the annual meeting.
