Fresh Water Energy to Develop 12.73 MW Upper Mudi Khola Hydropower in Myagdi

Fresh Water Energy Pvt. Ltd. is going to construct a 12.73 MW Upper Mudi Khola Hydropower Project. The company has received the construction permission of the project from the Department of Electricity Development.
The department has issued license on Magh 2, 2082 BS to the promoter company on the basis of the environmental impact assessment report and study report of the project approved by the Ministry of Forest and Environment. The construction license has a validity until Magh 1, 2117 BS.
The company is planning to develop the project in Mudi & Ghurma river flowing through the Myagdi district.
