Global IME Bank Launches Call Center

Global IME Bank has launched a one-stop call center called Global Connect with the aim of addressing the banking needs of the customers along with the development of digital technology and busy lifestyle.

Global Connect will address the needs of the bank’s customers in line with the needs of today’s digital age, the bank said. Through Global Connect, customers can call from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm in the initial stage for solutions to their various queries, complaints, information, and suggestions.

Customers can get information about various services of the bank through Global Connect by calling 977-1-5970600.

Global IME Bank aims to reach out to more than 2 million customers through its network of branches spread across 71 districts including 234 ATMs, 41 extension counters and revenue collection counters, 218 branchless banking services and 3 international representative / liaison offices.

        Namaste IME Global,
        I sent money from Qatar to Nepal through Commercial Bank of Qatar to IME Global Bank in a personal Account the sending time was 9:24 AM Qatar time on 11-Oct-21. I received a message after sometime saying “Dear Customer, your funds transfer to *********** for NPR ******.00 on 11-Oct-21 (reference *******) has been returned by the beneficiary bank. Once funds are received by Commercial Bank, they will be returned to your account within 2 working days. The refund amount will be at the exchange rate on the day of the return, after deduction of bank charges and cancellation fees.”
        I would like to know what was the reason that my money was returned on which (account) I had sent money previously and previously it was accepted.

            Since I open account in global it gives me alot of trouble. Now customer care website is also not open for raising the complain, why the apps is not open, its very emergency plz do something otherwise close my account

      dear global ime bank i would like to inform that i have been opening demat account
      dhulabari branch jhapa mechinagar it was almost about 15 days and i haven’t get usernames ad password for the mero shear and have been many time there they said it took time but till now i haven’t get any email from them could you please follow up strictly please i heard that it will not take more than week but why so many time take please forward this sms specific branches please hope you will solution as soon as possible

    My name is Jakir Husen I had opened my global ime bank account from Qatar and I’m still working here in qatar, unfortunately I forgot my global internet banking username and password, before I had forgotten one time and I had complained through email that time I got my new password from the service team but this time I already sent an email two times but nobody is responding me please tell me how can I reset my username and password as soon as possible

    (1) – I was opened a savings account and DEMAT account through online in Global IME Bank at Bhairahawa. Both were successfully reported. But today already has been finished 7 days. The DEMAT account has not found . i asked to reception’s staff about the DEMAT account , He says that you should be present in the bank. (2nd )- I was received saving account number by online , but i can not be deposit to money . There also owner must be present in the bank. (both also same case ), So I asking to you, what mean online ?

    I open ac from kuwait they told me they will give me e banking it mean mobail app urname and password i am waiting since 15 days but Still they can’t provide me urname and password they they work very late and they can not fix the issues of customer how we can trust your bank please can explain me and please if you want my details i can give you but please please make sure try to make happy your very every customer

    Actual balance and available balance is different , why such ? Available balance shows 5 lakhs is lesser then my actual balance. I tried calling to hotline numbers but no response. Is there any hotline number to call 24/7 for emergency? I feel not secure.
    Note: I checked via internet banking on Saturday morning.
