Hydroelectricity Investment & Development Company (HIDCL) Declares 5.25 Percent Dividend

Hydroelectricity Investment & Development Company Limited (HIDCL) has declared a dividend to its shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2080/81.

The board meeting of the company held on Mangsir 26, 2081 BS has proposed a 5.25 percent dividend to the shareholders. The total dividend will be in the form of cash.

The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Government and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

From the previous fiscal year 2079/80,  HIDCL had distributed a 5.263 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.

Similarly, from the fiscal year 2078/79, the company had provided a 5.263 percent dividend, including a 5 percent bonus share. Likewise, from the FY 2077/78, HIDCL had distributed an 8.421 percent dividend, including an 8 percent bonus share.
