Nepal Life Insurance Organizing 25th AGM Today | To Distribute 21.05 Percent Dividend

Nepal Life Insurance Co. Ltd. (NLIC) is conducting its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Magh 28, 2081 BS. The AGM will take place at Hotel Viswa, Birgunj. The time for AGM is set after 9 AM.
The major agendas for AGM include:
Presentation and approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2080/81.
Endorsement of 21.05 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Election of directors.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, NLIC had fixed the book closure date on Magh 10, 2081 BS. Investors holding/purchasing shares of NLIC before the book closure date are eligible to receive the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
