Nepal Life Insurance Conducting 22nd AGM Today | To Approve 15.79 Percent Dividend

Nepal Life Insurance Co. Ltd. (NLIC) is going to conduct its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 8, 2079 BS [November 24, 2022]. The AGM will take place at Hotel Viswa, Birgunj. The time for AGM is set after 9 AM.
The major agendas for AGM include:
Presentation and approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2077/78.
Endorsement of 15.79 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of independent director.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, NLIC has fixed the book closure date on Karthik 18, 2079 BS. Thus, investors holding/purchasing shares of NLIC until Karthik 17 are eligible to receive the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
