Nepal Life Insurance to Conduct 23rd & 24th AGM on Ashad 18 | To Endorse 21.05 Percent Dividend

Nepal Life Insurance Co. Ltd. (NLIC) is going to conduct its 23rd and 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashad 18, 2081 BS. The AGM will take place at Hotel Viswa, Birgunj. The time for AGM is set after 9 AM.
The major agendas for AGM include:
Presentation and approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2078/79 and 2079/80.
Endorsement of 21.05 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Election of directors.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, NLIC had fixed the book closure date on Ashad 4, 2081 BS. Investors holding/purchasing shares of NLIC before the book closure date are eligible to receive the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
