Himalayan Bank Conducting 30th AGM Today | Shareholders To Receive 19.11 Percent Dividend

Himalayan Bank is going to organize its upcoming 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The bank is planning to convene the AGM on Poush 28, 2079 BS. The venue for the AGM is Hotel Soaltee, Soalteemode, Kathmandu. The meeting will start after 11 AM.
The major agendas for the AGM are:
Approval of the financial reports of FY 2078/79.
Endorsement of 19.11 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of Auditor for FY 2079/80.
Election of one director representing public shareholders.
Approval of acquisition of Civil Bank Limited at share swap ratio of 100:80.28
Book Closure Date:
For the AGM purpose, Himalayan Bank has set the book closure date on Poush 18, 2078 BS. Hence, investors holding the shares of HBL until Poush 17 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
