Himalayan General Insurance Conducting 28th AGM On Falgun 30 | Shareholders To Receive 7 Percent Dividend

Himalayan General Insurance Company (HGI) will conduct its 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Falgun 30, 2078 BS. The annual meeting will take place at company’s head office, Thapagau, Kathmandu after 11 AM through virtual medium.
Major Agendas For AGM:
Presentation and Approval of financial reports for the fiscal year 2077/78.
Approval of 7 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Delegation of authority to board of directors for any merger/acquisition decision.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of the AGM, Himalayan General Insurance has fixed the book closure date on Falgun 16, 2078 BS. Thus, investors purchasing/holding the shares until Falgun 15 are eligible to participate in the AGM and will receive the dividend.
