Himalayan Power Partners Limited (HPPL) will organize its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 25, 2080 BS. The board meeting of the company held on Poush 24 has decided to convene the meeting at Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 9 AM.
Major Agendas of the AGM are:
Discussion & approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Approval of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
No bonus share or cash dividend to the shareholders.
Book Closure:
For the purpose of AGM, the hydropower company has announced the book closure date on Poush 12, 2079 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing shares of HPPL before that date are eligible to participate in the Annual Meeting.
