Infinity Laghubitta Not to Provide Any Dividend from FY 2079/80

Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ILBS) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The microfinance company has decided not to distribute any dividend to the shareholders from the last fiscal year.
The company has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, Infinity Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs 49.74 crores.
From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, the microfinance company had provided a 20 percent bonus share to the shareholders. Similarly, from the FY 2077/78, ILBS had distributed a 29.16 percent dividend, including a 27.70 percent bonus share and a 1.46 percent cash dividend.
Likewise, in the fiscal year 2076/77, the company has provided a 15 percent dividend that included 14.25 percent bonus shares and 0.75 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes) to its shareholders. Similarly, from the fiscal year 2075/76, ILBS had distributed a 15.79 percent dividend, including a 10 percent bonus share.
