Upakar Laghubitta to Retain Profit from FY 2079/80 | Company to Skip Dividend

Upakar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ULBSL) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The microfinance company has decided not to distribute any dividend to the shareholders and retain profits from the last fiscal year.
The company has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, Upakar Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs. 10.61 crores.
From the previous fiscal year, the company had distributed a 65 percent dividend, including a 61.75 percent bonus share and a 3.25 percent cash dividend.
