Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank to Provide 15.7895 Percent Dividend from FY 2081/82

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited (KSSBL), a national-level development bank, has made an announcement about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The bank has decided to provide a 15.7895 percent dividend from the accumulated from of the last fiscal year. The total dividend includes a 10 percent bonus share and a 5.7895 percent cash dividend (including for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2082 BS, Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 3.51 Arba.
The bank will distribute the dividend after the approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, KSBBL distributed 12 percent dividend to the shareholders.
