Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank to Provide 12 Percent Dividend from FY 2080/81

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited (KSSBL), a national-level development bank, has made an announcement about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2080/81.

The bank has decided to provide 12 percent dividend from the accumulated from of the last fiscal year. The total dividend includes a 7 percent bonus share and a 5 percent cash dividend (including for tax purposes).

As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 3.28 Arba.

The bank will distribute the dividend after the approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, KSBBL didn’t distribute any dividend to the shareholders.
