Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Proposes 19.47 Percent Dividend

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited (KSSBL), a national-level development bank has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2077/78.

The board meeting of the bank held on Ashwin 7, 2078 BS has proposed a 19.47 percent dividend. The total dividend includes an 18.50 percent bonus share and 0.97 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).

As of Ashad’s end 2078 BS, Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 2.65 Arba. At this capital, the bonus share amounts to Rs 49.03 crores while the cash dividend is worth Rs 2.57 crores.

The bank will distribute the dividend after the approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

From the previous fiscal year 2076/77, KSBBL had distributed a 4.63 percent dividend, including a 4.4 percent bonus share.
