Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank to Skip Dividend from FY 2079/80

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited (KSSBL), a national-level development bank, has made an announcement about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2079/80.

The bank has decided not to provide any dividend from the accumulated from of the last fiscal year.

As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 3.28 Arba.

The bank will distribute the dividend after the approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, KSBBL had distributed a 4.64 percent dividend, including a 4.41 percent bonus share.
