Kisan Microfinance proposes dividend from FY 2075/76

Kisan Microfinance has proposed a dividend from the profit of the fiscal year 2075/76. The company announced a 25.14 percent dividend to the shareholders. The board meeting held on Bhadra 16, 2076 made the dividend decision.

Out of the total dividend, the company proposed a 24 percent bonus share and 1.14 percent cash dividend. The bonus share is worth Rs. 2.06 crores. The cash dividend is for the tax purpose only.

Kisan Microfinance will distribute the dividend after the approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM.
